During this time, the look of the breasts might not be exactly what is expected since they might slightly look unnatural, too rounded or too tight; but as the tissues starts relaxing and making room for the implant; everything will begin to fall to shape and the breasts would start looking natural and beautiful. A common feature with breast augmentation procedure is scarring.
